Busy moms get support from nutrition coach

Having a simple, ready-made, daily curriculum (a clear, strategic, purpose-driven nutrition plan with progression through improved habits and education) frees moms up to do the relationship-building, supporting, guiding, helping, and fun things the family deserves.

Of course, we come do across moms that are ridiculously motivated and disciplined. They might be able to figure out some things by going online or studying a book without a nutrition coach.

Maybe!

However, most moms need some amount of support to stay motivated - and that’s okay! It’s not a sign of weakness or incompetence. In fact, it’s the way we, as humans, do and thrive at most things.

We believe that any one person, or hero, who accomplishes great things all by themselves is a myth.

That’s why, as a coach at Wellness Next Step, it’s important to provide the following to our moms:

Encouragement, both during the habit-forming phase and the courage phase. The “courage phase” is the gap between when a mom decides to do something and when she has the skill to actually do it.

In the beginning moms are committed, but they’re still trying to navigate new habits.

That’s a scary part of growing, but so it takes courage.

At this point, it’s important for us to give moms enthusiastic support because we’ve been through some of the challenges ourselves.

At Wellness Next Step, we know accountability—a scheduled check-in —is important. That social commitment to mom helps us stay on track with the nutrition program.

Our accountability program works best when we stay connected regularly, at expected times.

Whether through our web and mobile apps or one-on-one, accountability should have a known cadence (i.e. every day, weekly, every other week, etc.).

Access to your respected coach.

Most moms don’t want “a coach”. Moms want a trusted leader; someone that can help them through change and someone they respect.

Most of all, busy moms don’t want a coach in their face “coaching” them 24/7. They just w

A positive progress focus.

Our goal is not to make you feel inadequate by comparing you to some superhero - we feel that doesn’t work.

That’s why we believe it’s important to highlight any and all positive progress. Our goal is to celebrate your wins as they happen.

We know good things are happening when moms are consistently showing up and doing the daily habit-changing activity, even when they’re not yet seeing physical results.

We know that physical progress will follow, so we keep identifying and celebrating your drive to win.

The Big Question is, How do we deal with proactive obstacle identification?”

Let’s face it, your transformation isn’t all high-fiving and progress celebration - yet another myth. As a mom, you know real challenges sometimes come up when you least expect it. We come up with strategies to move you past these inevitable obstacles.

It took me a while to understand this myself, but the best way to overcome a problem is to avoid it in the first place.

As an experienced coach, I believe in giving my clients a heads-up about obstacles and challenges they’re likely to come up against. That way, moms have an idea of what problems to look out for and they’re less likely to get derailed.

Just know that help is here whenever you get stuck.

Some moms get stuck even with the best daily habits, accountability, proactive obstacle identification, and ongoing progress tracking.

That’s when Wellness Next Step expert coaching can help; a coach who’s “been there, done that” and has helped others navigate through.

This is where our coaching program allows us to really shine over the thousands of other coaching programs on the market. We’re here to provide moms a careful, patient, empathetic coaching experience through the full transformation journey.

But Moms, I want you to understand this - it’s all possible because we combined one-on-one personalized coaching with technology. By automating something, it gives you the opportunity to work on your daily habit-forming tasks around your busy lifestyle.

At Wellness Next Step, we believe that by putting aside 15 minutes a day to improve your health, your transformation is within reach. We will keep you accountable to your healthy habits, lessons, assignments, and the technology will consistently track your progress. So, now you’re not wasting time doing “admin” work.

We start by getting to know our clients.

When you enroll into our nutrition coaching program, in order to put together a personalized plan we ask you lots of questions about yourself. We want to know as much as possible so we can help you best.

Now you have a better understanding of our nutrition coaching process, are you ready for a healthy transformation that will impact you and your family’s lifestyle?
