In my wellness transformation coaching, you will be unleashing all the ideas you have about yourself, your health, the past, what’s possible and about what’s not possible. So you can feel yourself moving through life with that freedom to choose and enjoy being free from the burden of weight loss.
This free session will be the most powerful session, it can be 60-70 minutes. In this session, we will dive deep into your whys, why not, your challenges and the vision you have for your health. We will explore what is possible with your health. At the end of the session we will talk about the best step forward.
After coaching women for the last 6 years, I learned women understand the difference between good and bad food for their health. The missing part is the strategies to maintain consistent daily habits, positive mindset, and consistency.
In this stage is where you realize that your habits play the main role to a healthier lifestyle, and nutrition can be used to support those habits. At this breakthrough point, you will get to see what’s beyond the barriers that have held you back in the past. Now you can identify your triggers for overeating or eating unhealthy foods on impulse.
At this stage, you have broken the restraint of your past experiences, health barriers, your emotional triggers, and now you have self awareness. Now, the question is, who do you want to be moving forward, and what role do you want to play to influence others? The work is not over, because living a healthy lifestyle is easier when you have on-going support.
