1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Wellness Next Step website (wellnessnextstep.com) and all experiences connected to it, including Find My Next Step, Your Next 7 Days, Her Next Step, and the Sleep Assessment (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Wellness Next Step LLC ("we," "our," or "us") is registered in North Carolina, United States. Our mailing address is 5960 Fairview Road, Charlotte, NC 28210, United States.

These Terms are separate from our Privacy Policy and Wellness & Medical Disclaimer. Please review those documents for details about how we handle your information and the limits of our services.

2. Who May Use Wellness Next Step

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use account-based Wellness Next Step services. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

Wellness Next Step is intended for women age 40 and older. However, a target audience is not the same as a legal minimum age. The legal account eligibility age is 18.

We do not knowingly allow individuals under 18 to create accounts. If you believe a minor has provided information, please contact us so we can remove it.

3. Accounts

Creating an Account

Some parts of the Service require an account. To create an account, you provide your email address and a password, or you may sign in using Google. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.

Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree not to share your password or account access with others.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@wellnessnextstep.com.

We cannot see your password in plain text. The platform's authentication system handles password storage and verification.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. The deletion process requires intentional confirmation. For details about what happens when you delete your account, see our Privacy Policy.

4. Wellness and Educational Scope

Wellness Next Step provides general wellness education, behavior-support tools, reflection prompts, assessments, and related guidance. It is designed to help you understand what may be happening and choose your next step — not to replace professional medical care.

The Service does not provide:

• Medical diagnosis
• Medical treatment
• Mental health treatment or crisis intervention
• Prescription guidance or medication management
• Individualized medical advice
• A doctor-patient, therapist-client, or dietitian-patient relationship

Using the website or completing an assessment does not create a healthcare professional relationship unless one separately exists. See our Wellness & Medical Disclaimer for full details.

If you have health concerns, we encourage you to seek qualified medical care. A healthcare provider can help determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and recommend appropriate care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

5. Find My Next Step

Find My Next Step is a short guided assessment with 12 questions. It uses rules-based scoring (not artificial intelligence) to create a general starting profile that may include a primary focus area, a secondary focus area, your self-selected priority, and your starting style.

The assessment is educational and wellness-oriented. It is not medical diagnosis, disease screening, hormone testing, medical treatment, or a way to identify the medical cause of symptoms. Assessment results are not medical conclusions.

6. Your Next 7 Days and Her Next Step

Your Next 7 Days

Your Next 7 Days is a seven-day guided experience. During the experience, you may share mood check-ins, observations, actions, reflections, barriers, support factors, and choices about what to keep or release. This information is used to maintain your progress and provide a summary when you complete the experience.

If you enroll and provide email consent, we send daily reminder emails. You can stop these emails at any time without losing your progress on the website.

Her Next Step

Her Next Step is a daily check-in and next-step experience. After creating your account, Her Next Step currently guides you into the Your Next 7 Days experience. The information collected through Her Next Step is the same information described in the Your Next 7 Days section.

Her Next Step does not currently operate as a separate system beyond Your Next 7 Days. It does not include retired features such as workout tiers, food barcode scanning, AI meal scanning, gamification, points systems, or other inactive legacy functionality.

7. Sleep Assessment and Other Wellness Tools

We offer a sleep assessment that asks about your sleep experiences, energy, movement, nutrition, and what may be making things harder. Your responses are used to provide a general recommended starting point using rules-based recommendations, not artificial intelligence. The sleep assessment does not diagnose sleep disorders or medical conditions.

Other wellness tools, guides, and resources on the website are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not individualized medical advice.

8. No Guaranteed Results

Individual experiences vary. Wellness Next Step does not guarantee any particular outcome, including weight loss, better sleep, symptom reduction, hormone balancing, mood improvement, fitness gains, or behavior change. Your results depend on your personal circumstances, participation, and needs.

Testimonials, where shown, describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will receive the same result.

9. Educational Content

Blog posts, articles, emails, downloads, guides, assessment explanations, and other educational content on the Service are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not individualized advice and should not be treated as such.

Supplement-related content is general educational information, not individualized prescribing. You should consider your personal circumstances, medications, and medical conditions, and consult an appropriate professional before making decisions about supplements. We do not claim that supplements are universally safe or effective.

Where exercise, movement, or physical activity is discussed, you are responsible for assessing your own readiness and seeking appropriate guidance before beginning any new activity.

10. Email Communications

We send two types of email:

• Service emails: Emails necessary to operate the service you requested (such as account verification, password resets, and Your Next 7 Days reminders). You cannot opt out of these while your account is active.
• Marketing emails: Optional promotional or educational emails. Marketing consent is separate and opt-in. Creating an account, taking Find My Next Step, joining Your Next 7 Days, or using Her Next Step does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Paid Services

Find My Next Step and Your Next 7 Days are free. Her Next Step may be offered as a recurring paid membership.

From time to time, Wellness Next Step may offer a free or promotional trial for Her Next Step. The specific trial length, membership price, and billing terms presented when you enroll will apply to your membership.

Current offer: Her Next Step includes a 14-day free trial, followed by an optional membership at $49 per month. The trial begins only when you intentionally start your Her Next Step trial — not when you visit the website, take Find My Next Step, start Your Next 7 Days, or create an account.

The membership price ($49/month) and recurring nature of the payment will be clearly disclosed before you agree to a paid membership. You will not be charged without your agreement.

REVIEW REQUIRED — the trial billing method (whether a payment method is collected at trial start or only at membership conversion), cancellation policy, refund policy, and failed-payment grace period have not yet been finalized. Paid billing will not be activated until these terms are confirmed and published.

12. Cancellation

If you begin a paid Her Next Step membership, you will be able to cancel your membership. Cancelling your membership stops future billing. Cancelling your membership is not the same as deleting your account — your account and wellness information remain unless you separately request account deletion through your account settings.

REVIEW REQUIRED — specific cancellation terms (when cancellation takes effect, whether access continues through the paid period, and whether refunds are available) have not been finalized.

13. Intellectual Property

Wellness Next Step owns the original content on the Service, including website copy, assessment structure, original educational materials, graphics, program materials, brand elements, and other original content. This content is protected by intellectual property laws.

References to "The Co-Pilot's Handbook" and other book materials relate to original Wellness Next Step publications. The book may be sold or linked externally; website references to the book are educational. We do not claim ownership over material owned by third parties.

14. Personal Use of Materials

You may use materials provided through the Service for your own personal, noncommercial use unless a specific resource states otherwise. You may not:

• Resell or repackage our materials
• Mass-copy or distribute our content publicly
• Publish paid materials publicly
• Claim Wellness Next Step materials as your own
• Use our content for unauthorized commercial purposes

15. User Submissions

There is currently no public user-generated content system on the Service (such as forums, public profiles, reviews, or community posts). Your assessment responses, reflections, and check-ins are private and are not automatically public content.

We do not claim broad rights to publish your private wellness responses. Your responses are used to provide and maintain your experience, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you voluntarily send us suggestions, product feedback, or general ideas, we may use that feedback to improve the Service. Private wellness reflections are not treated as general product feedback.

16. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access another user's account or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or security
• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use the Service to commit fraud or harassment
• Misuse another person's account information
• Copy protected materials for commercial resale

17. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of third-party sites. A link does not imply endorsement.

We use third-party service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, authentication, email delivery, and analytics. For details about how these services handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

18. Account Suspension and Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if your activity violates these Terms, poses a risk to the Service or other users, or involves fraud, abuse, security threats, illegal use, or attempts to interfere with the Service.

19. Service Availability and Changes

We strive to maintain the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, updates, third-party outages, or other circumstances may temporarily affect availability. We do not promise 100% uptime.

We may update, modify, replace, or retire features at any time. If paid services are introduced in the future, material changes affecting purchases or subscriptions may require additional notice.

20. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is a separate document and is incorporated here by reference.

21. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

We do not warrant that the Service is fit for every individual, medically suitable, or accurate in every respect. See our Wellness & Medical Disclaimer for health-related disclaimers.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wellness Next Step LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

This limitation does not apply to liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Wellness Next Step LLC is registered in North Carolina.

REVIEW REQUIRED — the specific court venue for legal disputes has not been established. If you have a preference for venue, please let us know before these Terms are finalized.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and version number at the top of this page. If material changes are made and you have an account, we will provide notice where practical and required.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
